We understand choosing a hearing care provider is a big decision. Our number one priority is delivering exceptional patient care. Our staff combines many years of expertise in hearing healthcare, and is well-trained on a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.

We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our Providers

Allison Kern

Allison Kern, AuD

Audiologist

Allison received both her undergraduate degree and her Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from Indiana University (Bloomington, IN). While in school she spent time researching how patients with hearing loss understand speech in noise and how to implement this into hearing aid technology. She also developed a passion for mission-related audiology, spending two weeks a year in remote villages of Nicaragua distributing audiological care and teaching sign language to the remote Deaf community.

G. Christopher Gaines, II, Au.D., Ph.D., CCC-A, FAAA

Audiologist

G. Christopher Gaines, II, Au.D., Ph.D., CCC-A, FAAA received his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University (Raleigh, NC). He received the Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and clinical Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from East Carolina University (Greenville, NC). While at East Carolina University, Dr. Gaines worked primarily in the basic sciences and studied evoked potentials from the vestibular system, which are electrical signals that relay information on the general health/status of the balance apparatus.

Lyndsay Rogers, AuD

Audiologist

Lyndsay received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL and continued to Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL to receive her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.). She completed her clinical externship at South Florida ENT Associates, a large Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) office, where she received extensive training in hearing and vestibular sciences.

Audiologist

Caitlyn received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill before pursuing her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She completed her fourth-year residency at Duke University Hospital treating patients of all ages, from infancy to adulthood.

Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University and her Doctorate in Audiology (AuD) degree at Salus University. She completed her clinical residency at Alamance Ear, Nose, and Throat and has experience working in various clinical settings with patients of all ages.

Erin received her undergraduate degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania before pursuing her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) at Montclair State University in Bloomfield, NJ. She completed her fourth year residency at the ENT House of Hearing in Salt Lake CIty, Utah. Erin specializes in fitting state-of-the-art hearing aids, and empowers patients to reconnect with the world around them and regain confidence in their communication abilities.
